Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey says he is delighted with recent comparisons with Manchester United star Casemiro.
The Ghana international seems to be enjoying his best season at the London club since joining them from Atletico Madrid in 2020. He has been at the heart of Arsenal’s season as they push for a first league title since the 2003/04 season.
His performances for Mikel Arteta’s side have seen strong debates across the world as to who has been the better player between him and Casemiro, who joined the Red Devils last summer.

The Black Stars midfielder, when asked the similar question following Arsenal’s victory against Fulham, only saw advantages to such comparisons and declined to declare one player to be superior.
Partey told beIN SPORTS, “I have to focus on my work.
I’m really glad that at least some people have noticed me, and I believe that the most important thing is to maintain supporting the team, which is my philosophy, as well as to work on oneself.
Partey also offered advice on what the north London team should do to win the English championship at the end of the season.
“I believe the crew is working extremely hard. We play games after games, and we aim to give 110% in each game.
The team is working incredibly hard to be able to win the games because, in the end, we have to earn the right to win.
With 11 games remaining in the season, Arteta’s team presently leads the league standings by five points.
