Ismail Mohammed Sherif Nine people have nominated Kwaku Frimpong, commonly known as Black Sherif, for 2023 VGMA awards. Music enthusiasts, especially Ghanaians, have predicted that Black Sherif will win every award for which he is nominated since the artist has proven to be above and above in delighting audiences with exceptional and distinctive artwork.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian rapper and singer rose to fame in 2021 with his hit song “First Sermon,” which was followed by “Second Sermon,” which received a ton of love from music fans both in Ghana and abroad and inspired Burna Boy and Black Sherif to work together on a remix of Second Sermon.
